Why are the parents of accused murderers always so idignant that their son/daughter is completely innocent. They could have been caught dripping in blood with an axe in their hand and the psycho's parent's will be the first in the cameras declaring "my baby's innocent, he'd never hurt anyone!"

Just once I'd like to see a parent say, "Yep, my kid's a nut case and should get the chair." I guess I'll just keep waiting.
